The typical sound level of operating a Taber Abraser and its vacuum system can exceed 80 dB, this Quiet Cabinet utilizes sound deadening materials, and reduces the audible level up to 21/2 times (20% reduction in decibels)
Constructed of laminated particleboard, it includes a high-pressure laminate outer shell which provides added durability and blends with any laboratory or manufacturing environment.
The upper cabinet features a hinged Plexiglas™ viewing window to monitor testing.
