    • The standard thermal barrier provides 2 hours protection at 200°C (392°F); with weight of only 3kg (6.5 lbs) and height of 110mm (4.3 in), it’s easy to transport.
    • The professional long duration high grade thermal barrier is designed for more demanding powder coating processes where multiple runs back to back are necessary and provides protection for 3hrs at 200C (392F).
    • More thermal barrier options available for high temperature cure processes (PTFE, Dacromet, etc) or space limited applications. Call for more information.
  • Two choices of software - Standard EasyTrack Insight or EasyTrack Insight Professional
    • Both software versions confirm that cure temperatures meet paint manufacturers’ specifications, make comparisons probe-to-probe, identify that the Datapaq values fall within an acceptable tolerance range and evaluate process parameter changes. With a simple click of the mouse, you can print out a profile report that will satisfy all necessary regulatory requirements.

Probe Options
Ambient Air Clamp:(Maximum temperature reading of 510°F/265°C) - These probes are designed specifically for measuring ambient air temperature. They are constructed with a stainless steel outer tube with a Teflon core, stainless steel clip and an exceptionally durable, quadruple wrapped, ten strand PTFE coated wire.
Magnetic Surface:(Maximum temperature reading of 510°F/265°C) - Small, yet extremely strong, these new probes give accurate and repeatable temperature readings in the tightest of recesses. with a 0.7” (17mm) footprint, state-of-the-art magnets, and an easy to grasp aluminum handle.
Magnetic Ambient Air:(Maximum temperature reading of 510°F/265°C) - These probes are designed specifically for measuring ambient air temperature. They are constructed with a stainless steel outer tube, and an exceptionally durable quad wrapped, 10 strand PTFE coated wire.
MicroMag Surface & Air:With a 17mm (0.7”) state of the art Samarium Cobalt magnet, low thermal mass and an easy to handle aluminum knob, the MicroMag can be quickly and efficiently attached to ferrous substrates. Despite its compact size, the magnet strength guarantees secure attachment at the highest temperatures experienced within the paint and powder coating industry. The MicroMag is useful in extremely tight places.
Rapid Response Heavy Duty Patch:These probes are recommended for non-ferrous substrates such as plastic or aluminum. The welded thermocouple junction allows for a rapid response time of 1 sec. They are attached to the test piece by spot-welding, soldering or use of high temperature tape. These probes can also be used in still air environments as a rapid response ambient air probe.
