  • The Paint Adhesion Cross Hatch Test Knife instrument will test the adhesion and brittleness of dry coats of paint on their substrate
  • Available with circular blades in four spacing options: 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, and 3.0 mm
  • Each circular knife has 8 round cutting edges that can be indexed (rotated), providing up to eight usable cutting positions in one compact design
  • When a cutting edge becomes worn or nicked, the wheel can be rotated to a fresh edge using the supplied hex wrench, extending blade life
  • The wheel is easily removed, rotated, and locked back into the cutting position with the hex nut on the handle
  • Also available with circular blades that have 11 teeth at 1.0 mm or 1.5 mm spacing, for finer cross‑cut patterns
  • The 11 tooth circular blades produce cross‑cut patterns with 100 squares in the test area (10 × 10 grid), suitable for standardized adhesion classifications
