The Flat Surface pH Electrode is a PVC bodied electrode, ideal for pH of solid products with minimal moisture like cheese or electrophoretic/agar gels. Also recommended for use in measuring pH in soils, pH range of 0 to 14 pH and with operating temperature from 41 to 176°F (5 to 80°C).
