  1. Download Custom Gauge Form Here
  2. Read Gauge Order Form carefully, and fill out as completely as possible
  3. Select ALL options desired
  4. Include special notes in “Comments/Additional Information”
  5. Email completed form to: gauges.gardco@altana.com
  6. Attach high resolution logo and/or artwork to be printed
  7. Digital artwork should be 600dpi resolution
  8. Acceptable artwork formats include: png, psd, and ai files
  9. Specify font name or attach fonts when available
  10. After Order is placed, you will receive a color gauge proof for final review before printing

Standards

Meets ASTM D4414; ISO 2808

Procedure

  1. Place gauge on wet film at 90° angle (perpendicular)
  2. Press into film
  3. Withdraw and note deepest tooth having paint on it and next higher tooth that is not coated. The wet film thickness lies between these two readings.
  4. Clean gauge in any suitable solvent immediately after use.
