The PR-α series can be used to quickly and accurately measure liquid samples across any industry. These models are equpped with programmable user scales - if you need to measure a concentration other than Brix, you can input a coefficient to convert directly without a chart (provided the change is linear). Please select the model with the Brix range which best fits your application.

The ATAGO Model ES-421 Digital Salt Meter provides accurate salt concentration readings for many different food products.

Since conductivity is used, it’s effective for detecting salt concentration in dark or thick food products or even in samples containing many different dissolved solids.
