Easy and Effective Temperature Profiling System

EasyTrack2 System
Three components comprise the EasyTrack2
system: a data logger with thermocouples, thermal
barrier, and analysis software.

The Datapaq EasyTrack2 System is the easiest and most effective temperature profiling system ever developed for fast paced job shops and custom coaters. This rugged system is designed to give years of reliable use.

With EasyTrack2, the highly accurate data logger, combined with Special Limits of Error thermocouples, guarantee the highest level of accuracy. “Hot Data” protection and automatic logger shutdown make sure the data is reliable and secure.

The lightweight Thermal Barrier combines ceramic insulation with unique heat sink technology to provide the optimum size, weight, and performance specifications needed for any job. And with a data logger powered by a 9V alkaline battery available at any store, this system is undeniably the best low cost system the world has to offer.

(Length) 10.2 in (260 mm)
Thermal Duration: @300°F (150°C), 3 hours @400°F (200°C), 2 hours

1 Attach the thermocuples to the workpiece and place the logger inside the heatsink "cradle" in the Thermal Barrier.
2 Run the workpiece through the oven. The EasyTrack2 runs along with it, automatically storing simultaneous temperature readings at the set time intervals.
3 Transfer EasyTrack2 information to your computer. View and analyze data with Datapaq's standard report. No "icon overkill".

Probe Selection for EasyTrack2 System and OvenTracker XL2
Clamp Type K Probes
Surface Clamp
(Maximum temperature reading of 510°F/265°C)
These probes are designed for surface contact on ferrous or non-ferrous substrates, specifically aluminum. They are constructed of stainless steel throughout with a Teflon sheathed PTFE insulated ten strand wire. The self adjusting swivel jaws ensure correct sensor alignment on substrate thickness from 0.04 to 0.9 in. (1.0mm to 24.0mm).
TH-7332 Surface Clamp, K Type probe. 5 ft (1.5m) cable 214.00
TH-7333 Same as above, 10 ft (3.0m) cable 235.00
Ambient Air Clamp
(Maximum temperature reading of 510°F/265°C)
These probes are designed specifically for measuring ambient air temperature. They are constructed with a stainless steel outer tube with a Teflon core, stainless steel clip and an exceptionally durable, quadruple wrapped, ten strand PTFE coated wire.
TH-7334 Ambient Air Clamp, K Type probe, 5 ft (1.5m) cable 214.00
TH-7335 Same as above, 10 ft (3.0m) cable 235.00
Magnetic Type K Probes
Magnetic Surface
(Maximum temperature reading of 510°F/265°C)
Small, yet extremely strong, these new probes give accurate and repeatable temperature readings in the tightest of recesses. with a 0.7” (17mm) footprint, state-of-the-art magnets, and an easy to grasp aluminum handle, the MicroMag can be quickly attached and removed from ferrous substrates. For added value, the aluminum knob can be removed, allowing placement in those extremely tight places “where no probe has gone before”.
