Wireless Sensors
Transmit data at user-selected intervals to central data acquisition gateway up to 500 ft (152m) away. Multiple sensors (up to 600 per gateway) can be installed-all transmitting back to one or more data acquisition gateways.
HygroTrac Measures:
• Relative humidity
• Air temperature
• % moisture content in wood and % WME in other building materials.
Data Acquisition Gateway
Data collection point receives and stores data from up to 600 wireless measurement sensors. Information
is then sent to a secure web server.
Data is sent via:
• Ethernet
• Telephone land line (*user dial up options)
*Use of dial up connections will require an ISP account.
Web Data Service*
• Live or near live access data and produce reports over any internet connection
• Name individual sensors to specify location within the building
• Data view includes graphical display of readings
• Secure access with ability to create multiple users at different security levels
• Download data in text file format for use with spreadsheets and other applications
• Alarm parameter settings. Warnings via email and cellular phone text message
*Use of this service will encounter a data access fee automatically billed to a credit card. Contact GE at www.gehygrotrac.com for latest rates
Data Available:
• Reading time and date
• % RH
• Temperature (°F / °C)
• Ambient % RH and temperature
• Wood Moisture Equivalent (WME) % moisture
• GPP (grains per pound)
• Dewpoint Temperature (°F / °C)
Applications:
Permanent Installation into a Wide Range of building Environments provides early warning of potential moisture-related problems that can lead to damaged property and potential health risk to building occupants.
• Heritage or historic buildings
• Museums
• Food storage
• Apartment buildings |
