The SW Super Washdown scales are designed to withstand the most demanding process conditions. From dusty to wet environments, including food processing plants where cleanliness and sanitation are of critical importance, the SW scales are built to endure the extreme conditions of high pressure and temperature water as specified by the IP69K standard (1450 psi and 175°F).
The scales feature a streamlined base, weighing pan and column. These components are made for food grade 304 stainless steel and are easy to clean. A hermetically sealed 630 stainless steel load cell, which is also rated to IP69K, provides the rapid weighing response. The rugged ABS display indicator features a bright, easy to read LED, and adjustable touch sensitive capacitive keys that resist puncture by knives and other sharp objects. An optional bracket for wall or bench top mounting is also available.
Three base sizes are available: Small (9.8” x 9.8”), Medium (11.8” x 15.0”) and Large (15.4” x 20.9”). Units of measure include: pound, ounces, kilograms, grams and pound-ounces. The SW also includes a counting function and with the five position comparator, it does double duty as a checkweighing scale. |
