Drum Lid Mixer— These powerful direct drive mixers are mounted on a drum lid for use on standard 55 gallon drums and bulk tanks. Mixers are shipped complete, including heavy duty drum cover.

The economy gear drive clamp mixers offer a smaller, lighter-weight choice in a slow speed mixer for drums and small tanks. Clamp adjusts to an angle.

The versatile mounting bracket straddles the top of the drum or tank. Adjusts easily to fit any container from 18" to 31" diameter. Sturdy steel construction for heavy duty use. Models are available sized to fit 30 and 55 gallon drums, and small tanks up to about 100 gallons.

All units are easily portable and supplied complete. Standard shafts are stainless steel and propellers are 3-blade turbine impellers. Quic-change couplers are standard for fast, easy shaft removal. On electric variable- speed models, controller is mounted on and pre-wired directly to motor. Other motor types, speeds, and options are available, including different size shafts and propellers.

Our heavy duty direct drive mixers are engineered for mixing large volumes of light and medium materials or small batches of heavy materials. The heavy duty clamp mount allows 90° vertical and 360° horizontal adjustments for the most efficient mixing position. Clamp and motor mount are cast of aluminum for high strength and light weight. Propellers and shafts are stainless steel.

TEFC, Explosion Proof and Air motors are standard. Standard electric models have output speed of 1750 RPM. Variable speed electric models run from 35-1750 RPM, and Air models run from 300-3000 RPM. All single-phase TEFC models are equipped with cord, plug and switch. Three-phase and Explosion-proof models are equipped with motor leads only.

Now our versatile flange mount mixers are available in gear reduced versions for the tougher mixing jobs. A high-torque 5:1 ratio helical gear box is standard on these units, making them powerful enough to handle tanks of coatings, adhesives, slurries, and petroleum products. Easily adaptable to a variety of tanks.

TEFC, EP and Air motors are standard. TEFC models include cord, plug, and switch. EP models are equipped with motor leads only. Other motor, shaft and impeller options are available.

Our line of portable mixer stands are designed to be used with any clamp mount mixer weighing less than 200 pounds. All units are ruggedly constructed of heavy gauge steel, and will accommodate tanks up to 48" in diameter.

Equipped with four casters (2 fixed and 2 swivel) for easy mobility. One set of casters has brakes for locking the stand in place.

The Stationary stand is pictured to the left. Each stand comes with a 12" mounting base that has 4 9/16" mounting holes.

There are portable models available. Mixers are not included.

The M-2000 is a simple, rugged machine designed to last for years and comes assembled from the factory. It has all the best features of older turntable mixers (thorough rolling/ scraping mixing action, adjustable mixing angle, quickly removable mixing paddle) without any of the drawbacks. Easily adjustable to mix all sizes of pails between one and five gallons, and can mix some six gallon cans!

Standard features include 1/2 HP electric motors in ODP, TEFC, and EXPR, or 3/4 HP air motors. Electric units are wired for 115 volts, 60 HZ, and come with a cord and switch (M-200E has no plug). Output speed is 60 RPM on standard units; explosion-proof unit has a two-speed motor which gives 40 and 60 RPM speeds. Variable speed electric unit goes from 0-60 RPM and has speed controller mounted on motor.

Air model comes with speed control valve and muffler, and gives variable output speed between 0-100 RPM. All models have angle adjustment knobs which allow the mixer to go from a flat horizontal position to about 15 degrees. Standard paddle is enameled carbon steel, stainless steel is available upon request. Pail not included.
