MM-1e/50 & MM-2e/50 - Use D50 as the daylight source. D50 daylight is standard within the graphic arts industry for the color comparison of graphic images. These models are highly suited to color matching application in the graphic arts industry, including the packaging industry, ink formulation, and design studios. The Model MM-2e is a smaller version of the MM-1e/50. This model features the same standard light sources, easily selected by a control dial.
MM-1e/65 & MM-2e/65 Uses D65 as the daylight source. D65 daylight matches the daylight source in color instrumentation. The MM-1e/65 is ideally suited for the visual inspection of paints, plastics, textiles, colorants, and where D65 is used within the graphic arts industry, the MM-1e/65 would also find application.
MM-1e/FX & MM-2e/FX contain four light sources: D65 (Daylight), CWF (Cool White Fluorescent - Store Light), Incandescent (Illuminant A - Home Light) plus a directional FX Source for Evaluating Metallics.
UV Option UV models provide additional ultra-violet light source to the original three sources. The UV light is ideal for inspection of optical brighteners, fluorescent colorants & coatings.
