Quality Compressed Air Test Kit

If your air system is contaminated, you’re ruining paint job after paint job. Those resprays are coming right off your profits. The QAT (Quality Air Test) Kit could be the biggest money saver you’ll ever invest in.
The QAT Kit allows you to perform on-site analysis of your compressed air with immediate results.
Clean compressed air is a must in the industrial and automotive paint industries. Water, oil, and/or particulates will ruin a quality paint system or an expensive air tool.
The QAT Kit comes in a shatter proof, air tight case, and includes one high density light, 10X magnifier with stand, a case of ten .2 micron filter membranes, a membrane holder with adjustable psi flow gauge and a quick disconnect nipple.
This QAT Kit is simple to use. It requires a short test period, and it will provide you with on-site results. It’s a small investment considering the money you’ll save eliminating bad paint jobs. To solve a negative test result, ask about the TS-3 Coalescer Filtration Products.

Instructions For Use

1.	Turn air pressure down to 20 psi.
2.	Open filter holder and remove the rubber gasket.
3.	Place a white filter in the holder. (Note: Not the blue tinted paper.)
4.	Place rubber gasket on top of the filter.
5.	Tighten top of holder slowly so the filter does not twist. (Note: Do not over tighten.)
6.	Place assembly where the paint gun would connect. (Note: The air will exhaust from the back side.)
7.	Length of test depends on the application. The test should run for 15 minutes at the least. If possible, run the test for up to an hour.
8.	Remove from air line. Remove top of the filter holder and the rubber gasket.
9.	Place the 10X Magnifier on the white filter inside the filter holder. Use the light to help identify contaminate.

Yellow Stain - Oil

Black Rubber Pieces - Rubber Hose Fragments
