The new ACCU-LAB Jr. Drawdown Machine is a precision tool to make consistent, repeatable drawdown's.

The machine controls the load on the drawdown rod with a simple weighted assembly, and it holds the rod securely during the drawdown stroke.

Makes samples up to 8" wide by 12" long
Coating Thickness Chart located on the machine for easy reference
Flat precision polished plate glass drawdown surface
Heavy-duty ball bearing slides
Adjustable feet for leveling
Uses Gardco ACCU-LAB Jr. Laboratory Rods

Easy Rod Selection

Selecting the correct rod for a particular drawdown sample is easy. Simply refer to the Coating Thickness Chart located under the plate glass drawdown surface.

Easy To Operate

A) Select the ideal rod size from the Coating Thickness Chart and snap the rod into the weight arms.
B) Mount your substrate sample on the glass surface and lower the weight arm assembly.
C) Spread your coating liquid near the rod & pull handle with a smooth, even stroke.
