Wet Film Applicator For Hiding Power & Spreading Rate Measurements
Applicator contains eight different gate clearances ranging from 2.65 to 10.4 mils. Each higher Leneta number, with each fourth such number stamped on the applicator, is 5% greater than the preceding number.
In use, a drawdown is made on a black number which provides complete hiding is determined and, by reference to a detailed table furnished with each applicator, spreading rate or wet film thickness for complete hiding is determined.
